The employees of National Testing Laboratories (NTL) extend to each of you our thoughts for continued good health and safety as the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis continues. Our Laboratory’s ability to provide valuable water testing services remains uninterrupted. We will continue providing laboratory testing services, as long as samples can be received and processed. NTL will operate in accordance with all national, state, and local directives.

Social awareness:

Our mission remains water safety, protection of the environment, public health, and peace of mind for our customers. Additionally, we are encouraging you to observe recommended practices like effective hand washing and social distancing to prevent the spread of the virus.

Working with Our Suppliers:
We are monitoring our critical supply chain partners to assure materials for testing are available. Our transportation partners, U.P.S., FedEx, and the US Postal Service, currently are providing regular essential deliveries.

Customer support:

We remain available to respond to all your concerns about the safety of your drinking water. Do not hesitate to contact our customer support representatives with any concerns about your water, receiving your test kits or supplies, returning your samples to the lab, or obtaining your test results. Our representatives are available between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, via email at ntlsales@ntllabs.com, or by phone at 800-458-3330.
